Office for Persons with Disabilities- Town Of Fairfield, CT
The Town of Fairfield, Office for Persons with Disabilities provides information and referral services in the following areas: Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) compliance, 911 emergency registration, Financial entitlement programs, Medical equipment loans, Outreach visitation, Transportation, Accessibility consulting, Funding for accessibility, Advocacy, Housing Information, Handicapped parking permit applications, Outreach notary public service.
The Office provides information to the public and the Town on any disability issue specific to Town programs and services. In addition, advocacy services are also provided to town residents as well as referrals to many state, federal and town programs which assist individuals with disabilities. The office assists the public and town employees in arranging for accommodations to participate in municipal programs and services.
