My CP Hero
sharing stories about heroes within the community
We make it a goal to honor and recognize those within our community that serve as symbols of strength and resilience. Living with CP or raising a child with CP brings a unique perspective to life and often births wonderful stories of positivity that inspire us all. Every month, we feature a CP Hero within our community to bring encouragement and hope.

Featured CP Hero, Comfort
Comfort’s journey has been full of exciting moments, as well as some sad ones. She was born with CP and has had a difficult time with physical therapy, but she is highly intelligent and has a smile that lights up a room. She loves to watch cartoons on TV and has a family that loves her very much.
Featured CP Hero, Eli
Eli was diagnosed with Spastic Quadriplegia Cerebral Palsy when he was 2 years old. The first thing you notice about Eli when you meet him is his contagious smile. Loved ones describe him as strong, brave, kind, and a true superhero.
Featured CP Hero, Adilee
Adilee was born at 28 weeks and weighing only 2 pounds. She spent the first 53 days of her life in the NICU fighting for her life. Though she has faced many challenges growing up with both CP and epilepsy, she never lets her diagnoses stop her. Adilee is now in 1st grade and always has a smile on her face. She shows us what is possible with a positive attitude and the support of a loving family!
