Meet #CPHero Sophie. Sophie came into the world through an emergency c-section very close to Christmas. Several months later, her mother noticed Sophie’s left hand preference and, after months of testing, she was diagnosed with Right Hemiplegic Cerebral Palsy. Today, Sophie is a thriving pre-teen who is resilient and hard-working, and she has a sense of humor too. She love to sing, play sports, and watch Broadway musicals.
