Cerebral Palsy Hero 4/19/21 – Jasmine

Let’s all give a CPFN shout-out to today’s #CPHero, Jasmine! Born nine weeks early, diagnosed with CP at 18 months, Jasmine doesn’t let anything get her down. Despite 16 surgeries, she continues to smile every day while pushing forward! A major surgery in 2017 put her in a pediatric rehab hospital for 6 weeks, with an additional 4-6 weeks in a wheelchair after her release. Instead, Jasmine was up and using a walker in just 10 days! During difficult times, her own happiness and determination serve as an inspiration to her family, helping them to “push forward”!
