Let’s all say hi to today’s #CPHero, Makailah…an 8-year-old who is more than a diagnosis—she’s a miracle.

After a traumatic brain injury, her family was given a list of things she might never do. Today, she lives with complex medical needs, including cerebral palsy, but her life is defined by strength, purpose, and resilience—not limitations. Makailah loves music, soft, fuzzy socks, being around people who love, and making others smile with her sweet personality.

She may not speak with words, but her smile, spirit, and determination say everything. Makailah inspires us to celebrate every small victory, push for inclusion, and find joy even in the hardest moments.

She is, and always will be, a miracle.
