Cerebral Palsy Hero 4/26/21 – Deric

Today’s #CPHero is Deric! Born at 35 weeks with undeveloped lungs and Hirschsprung’s disease, doctors advised his family that he would never walk or have full function in his hands. This 8-year-old has since taken thousands of independent steps, pushing through his many surgeries. He enjoys playing with his older siblings, his cats and dog, and he loves video games! Deric makes his family proud every day!
