Let’s give a huge CPFN welcome to Sophie, today’s #CPHero! This amazing 13-year-old just attended her first ever concert (Taylor Swift at Wembley Stadium London!) with her big sister, Katie. She had the time of her life and loved every minute.

Sophie is her family’s hero—she never gives up and uses the biggest amount of determination every day to help overcome the challenges she faces. She does all of this with the biggest smile on her face!
