Sea Kayaking– This program is hosted on flat water, not white water.  As with any water there is a current but no rapids.  The kayaks are sit on tops (not with your legs inside) and can accommodate 1-2 people.  The kayaks have lower back support and more can be added.  The ability to paddle is not required, a paddler can be provided for you and you can focus on balance and the beautiful outdoors.  Adaptations for weak hand strength can also be provided so that you can paddle if interested.  Assistance is provided with transfers and positioning; kayaks and paddles provided.  This program is being run along with our water ski program.

Ski Roundtop – BARS operates the adapted skiing program out of Ski Roundtop in Lewisberry, PA.  Dates of operation are typically after the Christmas/New Year Holiday through the end of the season-when the snow is gone.  A formalized schedule of lesson availability is posted prior to the season.

We own an array of sit down and stand up adapted skiing equipment and all adapted skiing equipment is provided during your lesson free of charge.  If you require standard skis with the equipment there is a rental fee from the mountain for those.

Rafting – Come out and join us for a day on the water or a weekend away.  The ability to paddle is not required; you can focus on staying in the raft and enjoying the beautiful surroundings.

Bowling – No experience necessary, bring a friend and just come for the fun.  This can be a great afternoon or evening out.
