Adaptive Ski Program
The Adaptive Snowsports Program is for adults and children with disabilities who want to learn how to ski and snowboard. First-timers needn't worry; lessons range from "Never-Ever" to the advanced skier/snowboarder.
Lift ticket, lesson and rental adaptive equipment are included. Duration of lesson is usually two hours, depending on the student. Payment is required at the time of reservation.
Lesson Times:
10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. daily.
2011-12 Adaptive Ski Rates:
2 hour – One Instructor $175.00
2 hours – Two Instructors $239.00
Registration
Advanced registration is a must! Reservations may be made 30 days in advance or by phone or mail. Holiday periods (Christmas week, Martin Luther Kings Birthday and Presidents Week) will be accepted on a first come first serve basis. Registration forms are provided upon request or click here to download the Adaptive Ski program registration form.
Cancellation
Snowsports School Director, Adaptive Snowsports Director or Supervisor has the right to cancel any lesson if, in their opinion, the student's present conditions would present an unreasonable risk to the student and/or snow conditions would do the same. We request that you give us at least 7 days notice if you are unable to fullfill your lesson reservation. Adaptive Program Director makes the determination on instructor requirments.
