Alternative Gym – Intensive Adeli Suit Training- GEORGIA
AllTernative Gym was founded by Angie Gomez, who is the mother of a child with special needs.
Using oxygen under presure increases the body's natural ability to heal from traumas and/or diseases. Angie is a certified fitness trainer with over 16 years experience with the special needs. She was trained by the original Russian doctors who created the Adeli Suit.
Allternative Gym is the only center to have and use a 9 foot cage “UEU” (universal exercise unit) which enables us to provide therapy treatment to adults. Allternative Gym offers fitness classes to children and adults with developmental disabilities and related conditions. This program is a perfect follow up to our Adeli suit therapy session.
Intensive Suit Therapy – Allternative Gym is the pioneer in strength training while utilizing the Adeli Suit. Allternative Gym customizes each exercise routine to fit the individual’s specific needs and goals
Aquatic Fitness is defined as activities performed in the water that promotes and enhances physical and mental fitness. Aquatic fitness is typically performed in a vertical position in shallow and/or deep water.
