Anchorage Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic
The Anchorage Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic (AFOC) has been on the frontier of orthopedic medicine in Alaska since 1969 and is the state's only full service orthopedic clinic. AFOC is the largest association of orthopedic doctors in the state. Our team of surgeons, nurses, physician assistants, therapists, and administrative staff hail from across Alaska, the lower 48 and as far away as Ireland. The clinic has 11 orthopedic surgeons and three physician assistants. More than 65 nurses, medical assistants, therapists, and administrative staff support our clinic physicians, who also comprise the AFOC Board of Directors.
Anchorage Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic provides patients with personalized care and at our new Walk-In Clinic, you don’t need an appointment! Our new extended hours will allow you to access our wide range of services and advanced, in-house diagnostics to provide you with an accurate diagnosis for the right treatment plan at the right time.
