ARC, New York State (NYSARC)
NYSARC was founded in 1949 to meet a critical mission — to improve the quality of life for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities. We do it by:
Providing support, information, direction, and services for people with intellectual and other developmental disabilities; Having one of the best service delivery systems in the nation; Including family members, self-advocates, and professionals in all matters; and by Continually building training and educational opportunities into all aspects of NYSARC, Inc. operations.
