The Greater Louisville Arc provides service to the Metro area and surrounding counties. The Greater Louisville Arc is a grass roots organization including people with disabilities, family members, service providers and interested citizens from the Louisville metro area and the surrounding counties. We have joined together to work for the full rights and participation of people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in our community. We are a chapter of The Arc of the United States , which is the largest community-based organization of and for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The work of The Arc is devoted to promoting and improving supports and services for all people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Provides information, advocacy, and training that will support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities to participate as equal and active members of our community.
