Services and supports help eligible individuals with developmental disabilities achieve self-sufficiency and independence. The Division likewise offers supports for family members and other caregivers. We believe that you can best be supported in integrated community settings and the majority of the Division’s programs and services are tailored to meet individual needs at home and other community settings.Provides supports and services and contacts to eligible people who are at risk for a developmental disability or have autism, cerebral palsy, epilepsy or cognitive disability. 

 

Services include: habilitation, attendant care, respite, transportation, therapies and others. 
Eligibility Information: Any Arizona resident who has a chronic disability which is attributable to cerebral palsy, epilepsy, or autism and occurred before the age of 18 may be eligible. Children under the age of 6 may be eligible for services if there is a strongly demonstrated potential that the child has, or will have a developmental disability. The Division is organized into six geographic districts plus the statewide administration.
