The Arkansas Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) is a project of the Arkansas Disability Coalition. It is funded through a federal grant from the US Department of Education, Office of Special Education Programs (OSEP). We serve families of children ages birth through 26 years of age who have a disability, or are suspected of having a disability, but not yet diagnosed.Arkansas Parent Training and Information Center (PTI) is a statewide federal grant program operated through the Arkansas Disability Coalition. The goals of the center are to empower parents of children with disabilities in their roles as parents, decision makers, and advocates for their children and to promote parent/professional partnerships.

The PTI program in Arkansas serves families of children and young adults with special needs in Arkansas. The Arkansas Parent Training and Information Center provides one-on-one support, workshops, a lending library and other resources.
