The Ashland BUS System (ABS) Offers fixed route public transportation and paratransit curb service.
Fixed route buses:
All ABS vehicles are lift equipped for wheelchairs. Paratransit Curb service is an advance reservation service (see below).
Transportation service is provided in a service area that is no more than ¾ of a mile on either side of an Ashland Bus route.
Riders must make reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Paratransit riders must qualify for the service. A curb service card must be presented when using this service.

Paratransit service is transportation offered to those in the community who have a disability and are unable to travel on Ashland Bus System buses.  The Paratransit service covers Ashland, Catlettsburg, and Westwood.  Paratransit service is provided in the service area that is no more than ¾ of a mile on either side of any ABS route.
