The Michigan Loan Funds are programs of United Cerebral Palsy of Michigan, which works in partnership with Option 1 Credit Union to provide loans. It is funded through public and private donations, and started with grants from the United States Department of Education's Rehabilitation Services Administration..

The Assistive Technology Loan Fund is a low-interest loan available to Michigan residents with any type of disability. It may be used to purchase assistive technology devices or services.

The Michigan Assistive Technology Loan Fund (MATLF) supports the purchase of needed technology through low interest rates and loan guarantees.
