Bolivar County Council on Aging, Inc is a Non-profit organization that provides rural transportation for the elderly, disabled and general public.  It has been in service for 30 years.  Their purpose is to provide safe, efficient and reliable transportation service to clients in Bolivar, Sunflower, Yazoo and Washington counties.  The main office is located in Cleveland and a satellite office in Yazoo City which provides rural general public transportation to employment as well.  A total of 45 vehicles ranging from cars to 33 passenger buses are utilized daily.
