We have many services available through the Statewide Head Injury Program (SHIP). SHIP has a network of community-based services and supports that assists individuals in maintaining or increasing their level of independence at home, work and in their communities. These supports include service coordination, regional service centers, community residential support services, recreation programs, and substance abuse treatment.
