We are very proud of what we have accomplished in being the first community-based brain injury case management program of its' kind in Virginia!
Description
We support children and adult survivors of acquired brain injury through our case management program as well as our various support groups. We are also extremely proud of our two clubhouses. Using the “clubhouse model” Adapt Clubhouse and Westwood Clubhouse aims to assist individuals with brain injuries to lead productive lives. This is achieved through community integration, vocational exploration, employment participation, and volunteerism.
