"The Camp Aldersgate Experience" has many different layers, but one core value… community!  For over 65 years, youth and adults have found a sacred space where they can unwind from the world and be renewed in their faith.  Year round, Aldersgate, an outdoor ministry site of the United Methodist Church, is a place where people of all ages experience the peace and excitement of God's Creation.  Come find out why generations of campers call Aldersgate home! The American Camp Association accreditation means that your child's camp cares enough to undergo a thorough review of its operation – from staff qualifications and training to emergency management.  This parnership promotes growth and fun in an environment committed to safety. ur general camps offer you a community experience with your age group and an individual experience with your specialty area choice. Sign up for Camper's Choice and you will live in a cabin with campers your own age. When you arrive at camp you will have the opportunity to choose your specialty area that will include the following: Archery, Nature, Sports, Arts, and Adventure programs. Each summer we offer new and exciting specialty areas! Come all four weeks and choose a different one each week!
