Our purpose is to provide leadership in strengthening systems and services for the benefit of individuals with, or at risk for, special developmental, behavioral and/or health care needs and their families. The focus of the organization is to provide interdisciplinary training, education, and technical assistance to service providers and consumers. Further, the organization acts in an advocacy role with policy makers and conducts research to enhance the quality of life for individuals and families.
