Founded in 1953 as United Cerebral Palsy of Lackawanna County, today UCP of NEPA provides an array of services for children and adults with various disabilities. Although we have expertise in the field of cerebral palsy, over 75% of the people receiving our services have disabilities other than cerebral palsy. The service area of each program differs but our overall area encompasses Lackawanna, Susquehanna, Wayne, Wyoming, Pike, Bradford, Monroe, Sullivan and Luzerne Counties.
