CHANGE, Inc. is a private, non-profit organization that offers individuals with a developmental disability the opportunity to live more independently as an active member of their community.  The organization was founded in 1954 as a Children's Program by parents who realized a structured program was needed to care for the needs of their children with developmental disabilities non-profit organization providing services to persons with mental retardation and other developmental disabilities since 1969 .
CHANGE can offer your family member with a developmental disability the opportunity to live more independently and become an active member of our community. 

CHANGE programs include: Day Habilitation Program which provides daily assistance and training in personal care, basic communication and mobility for persons with severe disabilities.  The Vocational program operates an in-house workforce and support employment for persons with moderate developmental disabilities.  The Support Services Program assists adults, children and their families so that they may remain independent.  Respite Care is the most widely used service and provides families a break from the continuous responsibility of care giving to their special needs family member.
