Chariot Riders, Inc.
Chariot Riders Inc. is a registered non-profit organization accredited by The Professional Association of Therapeutic Horsemanship International (PATH Intl.) that provides therapeutic horseback riding for physically and mentally challenged children and adults to improve the quality of their physical, emotional, mental and social well-being! Our Ocean County Facility is located in Manchester, NJ and the Monmouth County Facility is located in Farmingdale, NJ.
We service individuals as well as public and private schools, Girl Scouts and Ocean County 4-H. In addition to our lesson program, we also offer summer camps, in house and off premises horse shows, year round riding in an indoor arena, in house 4H club, and group trips and activities.
Group and individual lessons are available for able-bodied and disabled riders, Pre-K to Adult, Monday through Friday between the hours of 10:00am – 5:30pm, and Saturdays, between the hours of 9:00am – 3:00pm. Riding lessons are taught by PATH Intl. certified staff using our specially trained horses. Riding students will be introduced to basic riding skills in a safe and secure environment. Lessons are offered year round. Lessons are booked individually based on rider ability and instructor availability.
