Chautauqua Opportunities, Inc. has shifted its service delivery to an asset focused anti-poverty model.
This is a customer driven, strength based, model that assists customers from crisis toward economic security and is measured against ROMA based continuums of care. Staff are trained and certified in financial social work; customers receive long term financial education, the goal of which is to empower individuals to make sound, financial decisions that will lead to the accumulation of wealth and ultimately to economic security.
