The Child Development and Rehabilitation Center (CDRC) Provides a full range of clinical services for children with developmental disabilities or other special health care needs, and for patient families. Specialists and clinical services are available in genetics, metabolic disorders, birth defects, child development, learning disabilities, communication disorders, neuromotor problems including cerebral palsy, pediatric dentistry, orthopaedics, spina bifida, and craniofacial disorders including cleft lip and palate.  The CDRC is designated as Oregon`s agency for Services for Children with Special Health Needs. Services are provided through CDRC centers in Portland and Eugene and clinical teams in Medford, Corvallis, Pendleton and LaGrande. CDRC`s CaCoon program extends coordinated care into the home and community through a statewide network of nurses skilled in developmental disabilities. CaCoon nurses coordinate services with private practitioners, health professionals and agencies including local school programs.
