Children’s Museum of Manhattan
Accessibility
The Children’s Museum of Manhattan is a place for children of all abilities to play, explore and be themselves. We constantly strive to make CMOM as accessible as possible for children with disabilities and their families. The Museum entrance has a ramp and a wheelchair lift.
CMOM is accessible in all spaces and exhibitions except for the outdoor City Splash! exhibit.
CMOM requires all strollers to be checked. If your child needs a stroller or similar support for medical reasons, please inform the staff at the Admissions Desk.
If you have questions or concerns abour your child’s specific needs, please contact us at (212)-721-1223 or info@cmom.org. Please also see our guide (in English and Spanish) to our PlayWorks™ exhibit for families of children with disabilities. Playworks™ Guide for Families of Children with Disabilities (PDF)
