Children’s Rehabilitative Services at Flagstaff Regional Medical Center
"Children's Rehabilitative Services at FMC offers specialty pediatric outpatient clinics for Northern Arizona children with disabilities or chronic illnesses. Children served in this program must be enrolled in CRS by APIPA-CRS.
What is CRS?
CRS is a statewide-managed care program for children with chronic and disabling conditions, which have the potential for cure or significant improvement. CRS provides specialty medical care for these children so they can develop to their fullest potential. This is done by directly providing selected services and enhancing access to services needed by this population of children and families.
The CRS program has existed at Flagstaff Medical Center since July 1988. Since Oct 2008, the services are being provided to children in Northern Arizona at the Flagstaff Medical Center's Children's Health Center under a contract with APIPA-CRS."
