Scott & White Children’s Specialty Care Coordination Program (CSCCP) brings together a group of pediatric professionals to provide multidisciplinary evaluation and management for patients with cleft palate and related craniofacial anomalies, cerebral palsy, spina bifida and neuromuscular/tone disorder.
