City Wheels is a City of Fairfax program that provides alternative transportation within the City, to the Vienna/Fairfax-GMU Metrorail station, to George Mason University, and to Fair Oaks Hospital for city residents who are disabled and find it difficult or impossible to use conventional bus service. City Wheels service is provided through private taxicabs. The fare for this service is $3.20.
