City of New Hope – Adaptive Recreation
Parks & Recreation
Inclusion Services:
Reach for Resources provides inclusion facilitators for children and adults with disabilities who would like to participate in New Hope Recreation programs. Registrations for these programs are done through the Recreation Department. After a person with special needs signs up for a New Hope class, city staff contacts REACH for Resources. An inclusion facilitator from REACH then contacts the registrant directly to determine how best to accommodate their needs. We require a minimum of two weeks’ notice for a successful inclusion.
