We are a non-profit organization funded through the Colorado Department of Human Services, Division for Developmental Disabilities and Federal Medicaid Funds.  We have been in operation since 1964.  We employ over 170 staff and have contractual relations with 9 service organizations.  Colorado Bluesky Enterprises offers services to over 800 individuals with developmental disabilities and their families in Pueblo County.
