"Columbus Area Transit (CAT) is a call based system that provides public transportation to all regardless of their race, ethnicity, age, sex, or disability. CAT service is available on a first-call basis without prioritizations within the Columbus city limits. Patrons complete a transportation demographic and acquire passes through the Senior Center.
The Columbus Area Transit is funded by the City of Columbus, Nebraska Department of Roads, Columbus Area United Way, area citizens, businesses, and organizations."
