Come Play and Learn Early Learning Center
The Cerebral Palsy League’s nationally accredited Early Learning Center is dedicated to serving children 6 months to 5 years who have special medical needs as well as typical children who do not. The Center specializes in providing an integrated preschool program and specialized nursing services.
The Center is licensed by the NJ Division of Youth and Family Services as a recognized Day Care Center as well as by the NJ Department of Health as Pediatric Medical Day Health provider. As a Day Health Facility eligible children with medical needs may receive essential nursing and therapeutic support that allows them to participate in a high quality Preschool program without compromising his/her health status.
Opportunities are provided for children that challenge them to realize their full potential. For children, who require specialized care, the Center is also licensed as a Pediatric Medical Day Health Facility. Eligible children may receive daily nursing and therapeutic support that allows a child with a chronic medical condition to participate in a high quality Preschool program without compromising his/her health status.
In 2006, The Early Childhood Learning Center achieved Accreditation by the National Association for the Education of Young Children (NAEYC). This gold standard assures parents that the activities and care provided to each child meets or exceeds the National Standards of High Quality Early Childhood Education.
All children play and learn side by side in a fun filled, supportive environment. Creative lessons are individualized to challenge each child to reach their full potential. A low child to teacher ratio allows staff to respond to the individual needs of each child.
