Delmarva Community Transit provides service in four Maryland counties.  Rural public transportation provider in Dorchester, Caroline, Kent, and Talbot Counties – Provides fixed-route public transportation and para transit services in Cambridge and Easton; operates a trolley bus shuttle service in downtown Cambridge; and deviated fixed-route, and demand-response service. Provides services with social agencies to provide services for clients, such as older people to senior centers and adult medical day care centers, and persons with disabilities to day habilitation centers, vocational services and sheltered workshops

At 5:20 a.m., Delmarva Community Transit’s Route 4 bus starts its first trip from Rock Hall, Maryland, a fishing town on the eastern edge of the Chesapeake Bay, traveling to Easton through Chestertown and Centreville. The early run serves primarily local workers and commuters, but during the day its passengers will include Chesapeake College students, and shoppers, dropping them off at their final destination or transfer points to other lines through its own four-county service area of Dorchester, Caroline, Kent, and Talbot.
