The Delaware Office for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing, (DODHH) is a state agency which was established on March 1, 1993 by the Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Labor. The goal of DODHH is to ensure that deaf and hard of hearing citizens have equal accessibility to services and programs in Delaware. The Delaware Office the Deaf and Hard of Hearing's mission is to  actively promote independence, equality, and self advocacy for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing. It is our vision to ensure that all citizens of Delaware are educated regarding civil rights of people who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing, so that they are fully integrated into the community.
