The Indiana Disability Determination Bureau (DDB) performs the medical adjudication, for the Social Security Administration, of Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) and Supplemental Security Income (SSI) disability claims for the citizens of the State of Indiana. This is accomplished through a State-Federal agreement, State Code IC 16-7-3.5, Federal Law PL 920603 and under Title II and Title XVI of the Social Security Act.
