Founded in 1937 as the Wheeling Society for Crippled Children, the Easter Seals Rehabilitation Center has a long history of providing quality programs and services to individuals with disabilities and developmental delays. Through programs such as early intervention, outpatient medical rehabilitation, medical services and a variety of educational programs, those with disabilities continue to find hope, dignity and independence. We provide high-quality, family-focused and mission-based services that meet the needs of our clients and their families.
