Vision Statement: The Educational Service Center of Lorain County/Region 2 SST will reach and maintain fiscal self-reliance, increase organizational capacity and expand strategic alliances by providing districts with services and programs tailored to optimize teacher performance with a specific focus on school improvement, special education, early learning and student achievement.
