At Emanuel Medical Center, our dedicated pediatric staff recognizes the special needs of children. Every year, we treat 15,000 children in our emergency room, have 1,200 young inpatients in our pediatric unit, care for 250 babies in our neonatal intensive care unit and deliver 1,500 infants. To provide the best care available for children in our communities, we've partnered with the world-famous Children's Hospital Central California to provide Pediatric Hospitalists at Emanuel 24 hours a day.
