Home Modification Program – Our wheelchair ramp and home modification program provides Lancaster and Fairfield County residents with mobility disabilities an opportunity to regain the full use of their homes and property. The construction is performed by a large group of church volunteers called the SMART Team. The Center pays for the materials, utilizing funds from the CDBG Grant and River Valley Rods and Customs-Fund Raiser Rods for Ramps.
