Family Support of Central Pennsylvania is a child abuse prevention organization committed to building and supporting strong, safe families through mutual support and education.  Parents engage in peer led, professionally facilitated self-help groups while their children are engaged in specialized programs to promote their own healthy growth and development. 

Family Support of Central PA, an affiliate of Pennsylvania Family Support Alliance, is a participating agency of the United Way of the Capital Region and United Way of Carlisle and Cumberland County and supported by Children and Youth agencies of Dauphin, Cumberland and Perry counties.

Family Support is proud of our collaborations with Carlisle Area Family Life Center, Harrisburg YWCA, Harrisburg Head Start, Keystone Correctional Services, Harrisburg and Carlisle Salvation Army, Safe Harbour Shelter, and community churches
