Fernan Elementary School opened its doors to the community in the fall of 1993.  It is located in the southeast corner of Coeur d'Alene in a beautiful park like setting surrounded by trees.

Fernan Elementary provides education to approximately 400 children in K-5. Fernan offers Title 1 Reading, Advanced Learning, and Special Ed for children that qualify for each class.  The children have a specialist instructor for PE, Art, Music, and Computers.
