FLORDIA ELKS CHILDREN’S THERAPY SERVICE, INC
The goal of Florida Elks Children's Therapy Services is to provide Physical Therapy and Occupational Therapy to Florida children who do not have easy access to these services. These services will be provided in the patient's home without regard to the ability to pay for the services. This program will also strive to render the highest quality services possible to this special population. Priority is given to children who do not have ready access to therapy as a result of financial considerations.
The therapists who render services are employed by the Florida Elks and consist of 20 OTs or PTs licensed to practice by the State of Florida. Upon patient application, referral and approval a regular weekly home visitation schedule is established
