Foundation Communities provides attractive, affordable homes and free onsite support services for thousands of working families with kids, as well as veterans, seniors, and individuals with disabilities. We offer an innovative, proven model that empowers our residents and neighbors to achieve educational success, financial stability, and healthier lifestyles.
We own and operate communities all over Austin and in North Texas. Foundation Communities creates housing where families succeed. We provide people with an affordable, attractive place to call home, as well as opportunities right at their doorstep to transform their lives. Education Foundation Communities provides on-site education programs for children, teens and adults.
We help put students on a lifelong path to success. Beginning with early childhood education for 3- to 4-year-olds, children and teens have access to year-round academic support through our after-school and summer learning programs, while our adult education opportunities empower parents to improve their language and literacy skills and truly transform their families’ lives.
Health Services Foundation Communities is committed to improving the health of our residents and neighbors. We provide vital health care services on-site, including access to integrated primary and mental health care and substance abuse counseling, as well as opportunities to engage in a wide range of physical activity, nutrition, and community health programs.
