Four Oaks provides family-based programs which help individuals resolve family issues and rebuild or maintain relationships. Four Oaks is one of the largest not-for-profit, child welfare / juvenile justice agencies in Iowa, serving over 7000 people annually throughout the state. With offices in 15 Iowa cities (Altoona, Anamosa, Bertram, Cedar Rapids, Des Moines, Dubuque, Independence, Iowa City, Monticello, Newton, Oelwein, Waterloo, and Vinton), Four Oaks offers services to all 99 counties.
