Gateway Health Plan Special Needs Unit
The Gateway Health Plan® Special Needs Unit is designed to provide special assistance to our members who encounter difficulty accessing and/or using medical or human services; understanding how to navigate the managed care system; or learning more about their health care needs or conditions. The unit is staffed by nurses and social workers.
