Get Connected Family Resource Center – Carroll County MARYLAND
The Get Connected Family Resource Center is a free service for Carroll County families in learning, navigating, and managing systems of care as they become empowered advocates for their children. All services are family driven; meaning that we encourage families to prioritize their own needs and choose the path of treatment options they would like to take.
Services are available for families whose disabled child is in transition between child and adult service providers.
The Get Connected Resource Center has a large database of resources including information on local speech-language therapists, occupational therapists, physical therapists, parent support groups and information organizations, child and adult mental health providers, crisis services, psychologists and psychiatrists, trauma services, shelter services, local providers of clothing, food, household goods and other auxiliary services such as transportation, housing, clothing etc.
