The City of Golden Valley is a member of an eight-city cooperative agreement that provides leisure services through REACH (Recreation, Education, Advocacy, Counseling, and Health) for Resources, Inc. REACH serves individuals with developmental disabilities and their families. Services include information and referral, advocacy, and counseling. Programs include social/recreation groups, support groups, and education classes.
